Answer: Yes it is

How long did it take for the tea start working its... "magic"? When should I drink it?

Answer: It only takes about an hour or so. I take it at night I end up using the bathroom an hr or to later, you will start to cramp that's a sign to be by a bathroom. I take at night because I would rather be at home when it kicks in and not at work or in public. Lol it clears up a few hrs later.

Answer: This tea was highly recommended by my cousin who claimed it really did the job of keeping her stomach flat. My experience was different. It had my stomach in knots. I was so uncomfortable I stopped using it. I feel everyone's experience is different. I believe she drank it after dinner.

Answer: About 2 days, does cause some cramping, but not bad at all. Everyone is different and you can't over-do it on it either. I would start it on a Friday to test over the weekend.

This stuff WORKS! My only complaint is that it hits me differently each time I drink it. Sometimes it takes 4 hours, sometimes 8 and even as much as 10-12 hours later. I'm sure it's different for everyone. Also I only drink it once a week and lose all my weekend bloat!

Shipping was fast product came just as pictured, I had my first cup last night and woke up having to use the restroom but it only brought on a very soft stool didn't have much cramping or anything before. Taste is fine but I'm a tea drinker so I don't mind it just add a little honey if you don't like the bland herbal taste.
