Excellent tea. I drink a wide variety of tea, and in the evenings I like to drink teas that will help relax me, and doesn't have any caffeine. I discovered Tension Tamer through my aunt who swears by it. So I pick up a box, and this stuff is great. It is relaxing to drink, add a bit of lemon or honey for some added kick if you like. The tea smells good, which is a nice bonus, and doesn't have any weird ingredients, just fresh ingredients that actually relax you. If course, people have different reasons to food and drink, so depending on your habits, this just might be a nice tea to have around, or it could be your go to before heading off to bed. Like I said, it works for me.

This is a great tea and is line with what you would expect from Celestial Seasonings. This tea is comprised of Eleuthero, Mint, & Lemongrass -- it has fairly strong menthol mint flavors, with a hint of lemon. Given the strong flavor, I am happy after drinking one 8oz cup of this tea and then switching over to something more mild like licorice root tea.
