Answer: No, it is not. The description clearly states 16 bags...it is just that. The price changes from time to time, so you might want to take that into account. It is the ONLY ginger tea I will continue to buy it for many reasons including my family has found it great for upset tummies. If you are only interested in the “flavor” of ginger, you might consider something else with ginger in it. Hope this helps.

I love Yogi teas so I bought another box. Unfortunately the box was destroyed when it got here and I have to use a tin to house the tea bags.

This tea has lots of ingredients besides just ginger. My biggest complaint is that the bags always burst open and the tea leaves spill out into the water. For this price couldn't they make better bags. Try the Traditional Medicinals brand - I don't have this problem with it.

This is a product we order all of the time from the grocery store. It's my fault that I thought that there were going to be three delivered. I should have read a little closer. I thought I was getting a good deal, but it was actually way more expensive than the grocery store because it was only one box.

Like several other reviewers, I also fell for the sellers trick of showing a photo with three boxes when in fact it only includes one. I've had this tea many times from other places before so didn't check the reviews first unfortunately. The seller didn't "technically" lie directly because it does say 16 bag in the text. But showing a photo with three boxes when only one will be sent is clearly misleading.
