Answer: This tea is mild enough that you can drink it at work without it making you sleepy. It ultimately depends on your sensitivity to the drowziness properties found in chamomile, so I would say if you are concerned, drink it during one of your days off and see if it makes you tired. Mostly this tea is used to drink when your stress levels are border line of about slight anxiety. But again, it is dependent on your level of tolerance to chamomile.

Answer: I have used this tea for years after using so many. It has only pure dry chamomile leaves and that's it. No added ingredients or preservatives.

Answer: I don't see why not. I bought this for our baby who was being fussy due to teething. Kept it on the cooler side and baby loves this. No caffeine. Just used this instead of straight water for formula

Brews a pleasantly sweet (compared to other brands of Chamomile), deeply amber tisane that is indeed calming to both the senses and the tummy. Also, unlike many other brands I have tried, Bigelow is not stingy with how much they give in each bag. Each tea bag is pretty plump and you can see the flower heads chopped up inside instead of just leaves. The bags themselves are sturdy and haven't broken or torn while steeping. Very pleased and would definitely go with Bigelow again.

Great to for cold flu or stomach issues. Or just to relax with cup of tea. Good on cold days with dash of sugar. Chamomile is good to relax tense muscles n all over body n stress. Highly recommend.
