Directions

Fill the kettle with fresh, cold water and then heat to boiling.Place one tea bag at the bottom of your cup.When the water reaches a rolling boil, pour over the tea bag and infuse for three to five minutes. Experiment to find your favored brewing time. Remove tea bag and enjoy sip by sip.

H1 : Suffering from restlessness?

I have difficulty sleeping, more frequently than the average person. I can take, but so much, Melatonin, Diphenhydramine, or Doxylamine, before realizing that those are just desperate quick fixes. So, after doing some research, I found that Tea with Linden Leaves, aka Tilo, is a wonder! And, it is! It will not knock you out. It's not a drug like the aforementioned ones. But, it will help your mind relax, help minimize any anxiety, or racing thoughts, etc.

I don't expect Tea to taste, like the heavens should open up. But, I've tried many, in my day, and this has a pleasant, calming taste. Again, it's not a miracle tea, but it does help. Trust me, this is coming from someone who had suffered from restlessness for over a decade.

I love the republic of tea company but this tea is my least favorite that I’ve tried. I’ve tested many chamomile teas so I understand they have a lighter flavor but this practically tastes like hot water with a splash of lemon. I don’t plan on repurachsing this flavor.

This was one of my favorite Republic of Tea blends when I was young, and I was happy to finally find it again after failing to find it in physical stores, even those that did carry other Republic of Tea blends.

It tastes just as I remember, and now that I've tried more single-herb tisanes in my life, I can pick out some of the subtler qualities much better. There's a hint of lavender in this blend that really helps round everything out. It's a lovely before-bed tea, and when combined with honey it's nicely soothing for a sore throat.
