Answer: I only can tell you black tea and Oolong tea have less caffeine than coffee between 30-60mg

Answer: I was not interested in Oolong tea rather Constant Comment which was originally made in New York (according to teabag from 2014) now manufactured in Fairfield Ct. I also made comments to Bigelow at www.bigelowtea.com but received no reply as to why that yummy orange and spicky taste is no longer the same taste in the "new" black tea Constant Comment.

Answer: Green tea is good for you but will not "burn the fat" right off. At least it didn't for me. :)
Answer: Oolong tea is keyed with weight loss only because it helps boost your metabolism. If you’re dieting and eating smaller portions, your metabolism will slow down! So drinking this tea while on a diet will help you loose weight faster. However, it will NOT help you loose weight on its own!

As an occasional tea drinker, I was looking for soemthing different on the commercial shelfs. I chose Bigelow because I am a fan of their products. I feel the tea was good for the price and met my expectations. The taste is far from loose leaf but it was not too bitter and didnt require much doctoring. I tried some sugar and with just a lemon twist and it was fine. I tried it iced and enjoyed that more.

I've had at least one cup of this tea everyday for the last 6 months. I first heard about Oolong tea on Dr. Oz and tried another brand that did nothing for me. Then after searching Amazon, I decided to try this brand, a name I know. Let me tell you, I am a diabetic who has had IBSC most of my adult life. I've tried RXs galore and I've tried various insulins and oral meds for my diabetes. This tea helps regulate my A1C levels that I no longer have to take insulin. I do take the oral medication, but that's it. This tea has also helped keep me regular. After years of paying for costly medications and dealing with the after effects, I found a more natural, economical resource.
