Product reviews of Traditional Medicinals Organic Ginger Aid Herbal Wrapped Tea Bags, 16 ct
Marie H : Works very well.
Works great for stomach upset and acid too. Let the tea steep for about 10 minutes and squeeze the bag well. I like the taste, but hubby doesn't care for it. I've even used the brewed tea to make a fruit/vegetable drink.
FeralCrone : helps with weaning off OTC heartburn pills
Everything I eat gives me very bad heartburn. I have been taking over the counter proton pump inhibitor heartburn pills daily for nine years now. Since I have been reading in the news that these things are very bad for your kidneys, plus seeing that some OTC companies are potentially being investigated for class action law suits I decided to try and get off the pills. Going off cold turkey was disastrous. I was eating huge amounts of antacids to no avail. Sleep was impossible, and when I could sleep I would wake up nauseous and have to race to the bathroom. Back on the pills, but decided to try and gradually wean myself off. Went to taking a heartburn pill every other day and again tons of antacids. I had to stop eating at 4PM so I could sleep. Not much daytime relief but I was cutting it down by half. I decided to try and find a natural alternative. Didn't have much hope for this tea as the reviews were kind of mixed regarding heartburn help. I prepared it exactly as the instructions stated yesterday as I was skipping my OTC pill. It took away the bad nausea in a few minutes. Nice! I crunched up a couple extra strength antacids after drinking it and I haven't had heartburn since yesterday, and none even after I had coffee this AM. I am going to drink this tea a minimum of once a day and see if I can get down to 10 pills a month, then try and go off of them entirely. I am very happy with this tea and will continue to use it.

Organic Ginger Aid works well to relieve nausea and even the side effects of diarrhea. I try to keep some on hand all the time.

Justin M. : Great for stomach issues
My partner and I use this whenever we have an upset stomach, feel nauseous, or need extra help going to the bathroom and it works marvelously. Traditional medicinals' blend is high quality. Highly recommended ????????
Mickey's Mom : BEST GINGER TEA, EVER!
This is the best ginger tea on the market! Love, love, love it!
Lisa S. : Good for indigestion!
Not the best tasting tea but it really does help with indigestion and acid reflux after a meal. I'll keep ordering it.
M. Carter : Good taste but not great nausea relief
I bought this for the advertised nausea relief and it did not alleviate mine. My nausea is quite severe so, it could work for some. The taste of the tea is good, though.
Chris G. : ... on a regular basis as it calms my stomach like no other
I purchase this tea on a regular basis as it calms my stomach like no other. I believe it's, at least in part, because of the
warm, gingery "bite".... which I love! The tea is not only therapeutic but delicious as well. I'm hoping to try more of
Traditional Medicinals teas in the future. They're not easy to find as too many grocery stores only carry the traditional,
mainstream brands of tea. Glad I can purchase through Amazon. Also, the tea arrived carefully packaged and on time!
turbodog : Ginger blend herbal tea.
Wife likes it - 5 stars.
B.C. : This really works for upset stomachs!!!
This tea is really good for upset stomachs. I was introduced to this over 20 years ago by a friend of mine's mom who owned the health food store in my hometown. At the time I was really sick and had not been able to keep anything down and after drinking just a few sips of this things I ate would stay down, so I have kept some close since then! Believe me it has helped over the years!
