Does this contain Stevia or any other natural or artificial sweetner?

Answer: I dislike stevia SO MUCH. This does not contain any sweetener to my knowledge, but I could be wrong. It's not sweet at all.

Answer: No. The label states that it has all herbal ingredients. I can't tolerate stevia (allergic) and I don't like artificial sweeteners, either. This has none and I drink a cup every night. I find it very soothing and relaxing.

Answer: The one I use has a Valerian strip across the bottom to let you know it has Valerian but I don't know if this one also has Valerian in it, my guess would be yes.

Answer: I am not exactly sure what keto is but it has all natural ingreadiance if that's what you mean but so do most teas.

How many times can one tea bag be re-steeped?

For optimal results, you will want to use the tea bag only once, steep for 10-15 minutes and be sure to cover the cup. Is this tea just as effective when drank cold as it is hot?

Answer: Thanks for the good question. For best results, we recommend drinking our Nighty Night teas hot. That said, if you prefer your tea iced, brew with hot water as instructed on the carton (10-15 minutes in 6 oz freshly boiled water) and pour over ice or refrigerate. Anyone have problems with the catnip? I've never used a supplement that contains it.

Answer: No, none of us have ever had a problem. As catnip acts as a stimulant with felines it is just the opposite with humans and is a calming herb. I used to grow it in my garden and then steep the leaves myself to make the tea, which did take some time. A friend at a natural food store told me about this tea and I have never looked back. The key is to take it about 30 min before you go to bed and it will naturally relax your body so you can fall asleep. I hope this helps answer your question

Answer: I can't find anything that addresses that issue. The tea bag is of a beige color. What I can tell you for sure is that this is a great product. I have purchased many brands and this is the best. I buy 4-6 at a time. Hope this helps.

I have trouble sleeting many nights and I have problem waking up middle of the night. I don't like taking medication for it, I tried over the counter pill and I did not like the way it made me feel in the morning. I was excited to order this tea as a natural remedy to help me sleep. First time I had the tea I felt a tingling in my trout, but did not paid much attention. I used the tea for the second time last night. Just after a few sips, I experienced the same tingling and swelling. Manufacturers should have a clear disclaimer on their packaging advising that this product can cause an allergic reaction in some individuals.
