Is there caffeine in the concentrate?

Answer: This concentrate is made with green tea extract. Many chai teas are made with black tea extract which had more caffeine than green tea. It takes about for cups of black tea to equal a cup of coffee. The manufacturer's website does not contain information on caffeine content, but since green tea does contain a bit of caffeine, there will probably some caffeine in this concentrate but far less than other concentrates that use black tea.

Answer: This was a glass bottle when I ordered it a few months ago. I got the pump too, which is nice, because the bottle is large and would be troublesome to try to pour by hand.

Answer: This same question is answered in a later question. The 750ml bottle is glass, while a 1l bottle comes as plastic. Both sizes are available from the Amazon site for most flavors, as best as I can tell.

Answer: Pure cane sugar, water, caramel (color), natural clove extract, concentrated lemon juice, natural green tea extract, natural cinnamon flavor, ginger flavor, potassium sorbate (preservative).

what is the ratio of syrup to milk?

Answer: I'm using a plastic Starbucks venti size cup. I use the Monin pump, bought separately, and add about 5 to 6 pumps of syrup. I then fill it up with milk. If you use a lot of ice, maybe you'll like a little less syrup??

Answer: I use a metered pump which gives a half an ounce per pump. For 8 oz of almond milk I use 6 pumps and it’s perfect.

Answer: I don't measure mine out I just pour some in my glass of ice and go by the taste, so I would say maybe 3 tablespoons I use.

Tastes like ass. I love chai and Monin products but this one tasted like a hot dumpster fire and regret. Trader Joe’s has chai powder that makes a bomb latte. Go for Tradey Joes. Not this.
