Answer: I have used this product for stomach bloating, nausea, and indigestion, and found it to be very effective. I especially like the idea that it is filled with natural spices. However, if the cause of morning sickness is hormonal, I'm not aware of its effectiveness.

Answer: There is evidence licorice (one of the ingredients) is associated with pre-term birth, behavioral problems in children, and cognitive deficits when consumed by the mother at moderate to high rates. Since we don't know how much licorice root is in this, I'd advise avoiding it.

The new version of Stomach Ease without barley malt is just beginning to reach store shelves. Given that this change took place very recently, the previous version containing barley malt will also be in stores for the next few months until that older inventory runs out.

Answer: I use every day sometimes 2 times a day so I was happy to get the bulk savings. I started out with one that I bought at ebay. Way more money but I had to make sure my sensitive system would tolerate the tea first.

Answer: Yogi tells us that they use unrefined organic licorice root that has not been deglycerized. While glycyrrhizic acid is naturally occurring in licorice root, Yogi does not measure for glycyrrhizic acid levels in their teas and are therefore unable to provide this information.

Yogi's teas do not contain any harsh laxatives or diuretics. However, given that lifestyle, diet and overall health are different for each individual, and given that everyone can respond uniquely to particular herbs and botanicals, the effects of these teas can vary from person to person.

Answer: Stomach ease is for upset stomach. I use the Detox flavor to stay regular. Very mild to the system but helps keep things moving.

Answer: I’m not sure any of them can advertise that. They cannot say it can really help you medically. I use the stomach ease pack for bloating/gas with my IBS. I’ve noticed it helps me go to the bathroom but I’m thinking that’s more of a hot liquid thing for me.

Can I drink it cold.

Answer: I have tried the other flavors cold and enjoyed. I would suggest steeping in hot water in 1/2 cup to make it strong then add 1/2 cup ice to cool. I like sweeter in regular iced tea, so if you do you might add a little sweetner.

A few years ago, my wife was on a new medication that would make her sick all the time. We were on vacation and she was in our room throwing up all day. I walked over to the Whole Foods next door to see if I could find anything that might make her feel any better, when I stumbled upon this while just looking around the tea aisle. I'm not really much of a natural remedies kind of guy and don't worship crystals... but this just seemed to be too much of a coincidence. I had to try...! I made her some back at the room and she felt much better in just a few minutes! Over the following months, I would make her a cup whenever she was feeling badly. It really worked!

Later, over the years, we recommended or gave this to friends and acquaintances struggling with nausea. We gave it to one lady who was pregnant and having awful morning sickness. It worked so well for her, she went right out and bought her own supply!

First, the product tastes great and if you do not have stomach issues, I'm sure it's fine.

I did have stomach issues at the time. I found Stomach Easy with great reviews and purchased it. My stomach issues did not easy but got worse and I started having greater and greater difficulties sleeping. I didn't spot this tea as the cause as it was "caffeine-free." So, during the middle of the night, I did some research and found black pepper.

What it did to me (and may not do to you) was to cause my adrenals and thyroid to race. I was full of false energy and couldn't sleep all night long. Finally at 5:30 am, I fell asleep.

I trashed 4 1/2 boxes and slept well the next night.

So just watch for this.
