Answer: Yes this tea definitely works. Drink every morning and either walk for about 30 minutes or some cardio for 15-30 minutes stay consistent. You will lose weight!! The hard part about losing weight is the desires to fall back into your “normal” eating habits. Find healthy alternatives before you start your weight loss journey, even fast food places find out what you should order and not what you want to order. Black Coffee and chromium helps aid the best to this tea far as the hunger pains. This has been the best tea I have used for weight loss.

Personally, I am glad that it tastes so good because the slimming aspect of it WORKS! I drink about 2 cups of this tea every day.

Since the COVID lock down I have found myself drinking too much coffee. I have substituted this tea for some of my coffee and I do feel better about it. The taste is good and Has a pleasant aroma. I use two bags for 12/13 oz of water. Pleased so far with my purchase.

This tea tastes horrible to me, but it does seem to help a bit with my appetite. I’ve been trying to drink it between 1-2 times per day, but the taste of it makes that difficult. It does taste better with plenty of lemon and sugar though. Although it possibly helps with my appetite, I won’t be buying it again.

I am one of those who really dislike black tea. I love green tea though and this has so many wonderful ingredients and green tea really does help with weight loss if you have around 2 cups a day, below that it doesn't seem to have any effect. It uses a lot of herbs that are touted for their weight loss benefits. I like the sweetness of this tea as well. Another great tea from this company is the Health Fasting tea. I usually add some stevia or xylitol to this and it tastes so good. I have a sweet tooth and I would much rather drink something like this than eat cookies or something similar. I find some stevia companies have a bitter taste, but I found a company called Stevita liquid stevia, and it is not bitter at all even in larger quantities.

I recieved a lot with this purchase. The tea itself is good. I don't add anything to it unless I'm fasting then I add seamoss paste, so my body still gets some of what it needs to function properly for me. The aroma is pretty nice as well.

I really like this tea. I place a couple of bags in my water over night and take the next day. It does give me energy but it’s a natural energy and does not give me the jitters at all.

I must give this amazing tea a 5 star review! I started drinking Green Tea Blueberry Slim Tea about a week ago. I take around 3-4 cups of tea throughout the day and you can feel that boost in your energy and it has definitely suppressed my appetite (which is a WIN for me). I personally don’t think it has a strong taste, I just add a lil’ bit of honey to add some flavor. Get it, you won’t regret it.

This tea is one of the best Green Teas out there. If you're like me and researched weight lose teas and all of that then this tea is for you! I bought this tea as a substitute for coffee and to help me lose weight. I immediately started seeing my bloating go down and since then I'm hooked!
