The fruit flavors are not strong so they don't overpower the subtle flavor of the green tea itself. I still need a cup of strong black tea first thing in the morning but a cup of the fruit flavored tea in the early afternoon is very refreshing. I've tried most of the flavors and so far my favorites are the Red Goji Raspberry and the Orange Passionfruit Jasmine.

So to give up a soda addiction, I've recently switched to teas. I'm not really a big tea fan, but having tried a few Tazo teas with just a bit of honey or sugar added I was growing to somewhat like it. When I saw this Lipton tea had a coupon, I decided to go for it, since I like Green Tea anyways.
Well, this is just disappointing. First, the packets contain a very very small amount of leaves, as in around 1/8 of the bag was filled with leaves. Second, they don't really have any smell, and even just making a small (around 7oz) cup with two bags still barely had any flavor. And worse, the flavor that was there was kinda disgusting. I tasted like a hint of minty-like flavor with some bitter...I don't know, trash-water flavor? I mean seriously, it was just gross. I've tried it on multiple occassions, and my wife who likes tea a lot more than me commented on how flavorless it was.
Will not be buying Lipton again if this is what they've become; Tazo may be overpriced but I've never had an experience with them like I have with this tea.
This is one of the very few one-stars I've ever given, but I really feel this deserves it. It's cheap, but even for cheap it's still not worth it.

So we decided to try , and while it is a little more expensive, each individual bag had more than double the filling of tea leaves, in fact closer to triple the amount, meaning only one bag is actually needed for a normal sized cup. Plus, it tastes much much better. We contacted Lipton about this flavor, and never received a response, I guess they're OK with trash-flavored tea with their name on it. We won't be trying Lipton products after this fiasco, this stuff just gives me nightmares thinking about, it really was that bad.

I have been trying really hard to appreciate tea, and thought this would be a great start. I didn't realize there was a variety pack available on the same listing, and would have purchased that one, but ended up falling in love with my choice nonetheless. The price is great for 120 bags of tea, and the tea itself has just enough of a fruity taste to be sweet without being overwhelming. Everything about this tea is fantastic- the smell, the taste, the color- I'm very fond of it and have been having at least three or four cups of the tea a day since I've gotten it.

I had high hopes for this tea & it let me down. There is no acai even listed in the ingredients, only blueberry juice. One tea bag just colors the water purple, barely even a hint of flavor- doesn't even taste like green tea. The blueberry juice just gives it a mild cough syrup taste. I even tried putting 3 tea bags and steeped over night and even that didn't do it. I am pretty disappointed because now I'm left with 6 boxes of tea that doesn't taste like tea. The only plus side was I thought I was getting one box and got 6. Maybe I can use a whole box and see if there's any flavor then.

Although Liption Mandarin Orange is the only flavor of Green Tea I like, I'm NOT happy with the awful new packaging! It is rare that something could be BOTH irresponsible AND LESS convenient. This tea has always been shipped in a RECYCLABLE/compostable compact cardboard box that exactly fit 6 boxes of tea and made for easy handling and neat storage.
The last shipment was the same 6 boxes of tea, but wrapped with NON-recyclable PLASTIC cellophane in a very awkwardly-shaped package (which then STILL had to be put in a much larger cardboard box for shipping).
I do not want to add to the islands of everlasting plastic in our oceans that are causing the suffering and death of birds and marine life, or suffering and death to birds and animals trying to find food in landfills. BTW, the plastic in the ocean eventually makes it's way back to us in our own food, causing cancer and God only knows what else.
This packaging change is probably not this seller's decision. If it is not, could you please forward this review to the person who IS responsible for this incredibly irresponsible and NON-customer-friendly decision.

Honestly, I bought the Lipton Green Tea with Purple Acai and Blueberry so my granddaughters and I could make Starbucks' Pink Drink. It's very difficult to find many of Lipton's specialty teas in rural North Carolina. I was excited to see this particular item being sold on Amazon. I have no complaints about this product or the Lipton Company and would highly recommend it.

My wife and I love this particular flavor, unfortunately our local grocery chain's quit carrying it (HEB & WalMart) and I'm buying it from Amazon now. We use 2 bags per 1 gallon pitcher and 2 bags of the Lipton Iced Brew in hot water straight from the tap, letting it cool in the fridge and the flavor is perfect for our taste buds.

i order this tea in the 6 pack all the time but this time a small envelope came today, one pack of twenty teabags, i would like to be able to ask either the supplier or Amazon where is the rest of the order, there has been no message about it being in two shipments or anything also there is no easy way of contacting a represenitive from either. i will wait a few days before deciding wether to return this pkg or not. not a good experience this time .

The ingredients listed on the box do not include passion fruit. I called Lipton at 1-888-547-8668 and their representative confirmed that passion fruit is not included. Lipton's customer service representative said he would forward my inquiry/complaint to the marketing department and that they would get back to me.

The Lipton Green Tea Orange Passionfruit Jasmine is a wonderful tea. Excellent flavor. Perfect for when you are not feeling well and want a warm drink. I gave it a 1 star because the seller has the description showing you will receive 6 boxes of 20 count tea bags when, in truth, you will only receive 1 box of 20 tea bags. My dad tried this tea at someone's house and liked it so much (not a tea person usually unless it's chya) he had them write it down so he could immediately order me to buy him a whole lot. He's made me a convert too. We've gone through two bulk orders of these since he drinks this tea all day everyday. It's super refreshing and lightly tangy without being acidic, and the products we've received so far have been fresh. I personally can't taste jasmine (and I drink a lot of jasmine green and black tea myself), and the ingredients don't list any passionfruit (does list "natural flavors"). However it's still fruity and doesn't taste like straight up orange. This is definitely a good, reliable tea to buy blind, and if you're not into it, I'm sure someone in your life will be.
