1. Heating the Water Always use freshly drawn water. Water which has previously been boiled will have become de-oxygenated and will not produce a good liquor. If possible, the water should be filtered to remove the chlorine and other additives that affect the taste. Heat water to the temperature recommended for your tea using an electric hot water heater or a stovetop kettle.	2. Selecting the Tea Choose your favorite blend from our large selection of teas. Black teas are the most frequently used as part of the afternoon tea custom. However, if you’re looking for a lighter tea, select from one of our many delicious green teas or herbal infusions. Use 1 teaspoon of tea per person, plus one for the pot.	3. Brewing Tips Once the water reaches the appropriate temperature, it should be poured immediately onto the tea leaves to allow the best brew. Check the pack or the table below for brewing times as this varies between blends. When brewing, cover the teapot with a tea cosy to keep the heat in. When your tea is done steeping, immediately remove the tea bag and lightly stir.

Does this tea contain any Stevia? I’m not a fan of that fake sugar taste and I’m trying to find a fruity tea that doesn’t contain any added sweeteners

Answer: According to the packaging, it has black tea, strawberry, and flavoring. There’s no mention of stevia. I will tell you, this tea is absolutely fantastic. The strawberry taste is very noticeable and there’s no taste of Stevia at all. We drink it both hot and iced and it’s delightful either way

Answer: I don’t have a 100% confidence, but this tea doesn’t contain stevia. It’s black tea with enhanced fruit flavoring

Answer: To the best of my knowledge, there is no Stevia in it. In fact when I make my iced tea I have to add the Stevia /sugar blend from Truvia.

Answer: Definitely the peach. I use 3 family size luzienne tea bags and 3 peach bags for the perfect sun tea. I like the mango but the flavor is less intense and I have to use 4 or 5 bags to get the taste coming through. Ahmed teas in general are all very good. Great to travel with since they are wrapped in foil packets.

Answer: I put peach/passionfruit envelopes into valentines this year. EVERYONE has asked for additional tea. It is so calming and tasty. The scent alone is worth the purchase. I have never tasted mango black tea but you can't lose with peach/passionfruit.

Answer: I pretty much like all their teas. You could get the variety pack and check out different flavors. Here are my favorites in order: 1. Strawberry, 2. Peach Passionfruit, 3. Apricot, 4. Raspberry. The raspberry reminds me a little of Swedish Fish candy, which don't get my wrong, I love! But it's kind of weird to have your tea taste like it.

what is the expiration date

Answer: I received a shipment 6 months ago and the expiration date is July 2016. Of course, your expiration date will be different. I've been receiving regular shipments for years, and sometimes it takes me a while to finish the boxes. I've never had one that's gone stale.

Answer: on the box I have the packing date is 25/2/2012 and the best before date is 25/2/2015

Answer: That's kind of going to depend on the individual box. The box I ordered last week contained boxes all with an expiration date of 2016 printed on them.

Answer: On the box there are two dates: a packing date and an expiration date. The later date is the expiration date, but in my experience, teas taste good beyond their expiration date. This is a very good tea.

Answer: When I bought it, the date was on the outside of the four pack. I have some from 2009 that I am still using since I bought quite a bit.

Answer: As long as cello wrap is intact I would think it has good shelf life. I purchased some about a year ago and the bags are still full flavored and very fresh tasting when brewed. Answer: The bottom of the box has two date sets. One which has the batch number when it was boxed. The second set of dates are 3 years later which I have assumed is the best by date.

Answer: The Ahmad tea bags themselves are always made of paper but I think (although I’m not 100% sure b/c I ordered this tea as a gift) that the tea bags are individually wrapped in a sort of foil. Ahmad has boxes where the tea bags are unwrapped, others are in a paper wrapping and the fancy fruit ones are most often in foil wrap.

Answer: According to the FAQ on the Ahmad Tea website all of their tea bags with a string attached are made of totally natural fibers and no plastic.

I love this tea because it tastes almost like a combination of herbal and black tea. The peach flavor really cuts the bitterness of black tea (I am normally not a fan of black tea). If you are someone who wants a little "kick" from your tea, but you normally don't go for strong, black tea, I recommend this. It is also great for making iced tea. Just brew a really strong batch and pour it over a large cup of ice. It tastes great unsweetened or sweetened.

I drink a lot of tea, and typically avoid the flavored ones because they never manage to capture the flavor correctly. Most other apple teas I've tried are very citrus-y or acidic, and have little or no actual tea flavor.

This is a good black tea with a very pleasant apple aroma. It's great as both an iced tea and hot. I stumbled upon it years ago while traveling and was never able to find it in my local stores. I'm very happy to find it available on Amazon.

This is one of the best fruit "scented" teas. It's considered flavored but the flavor is actually a scent. Very pleasant scent. Strong but not overpowering. The most natural scent I've ever had. I bought this specifically for making iced tea and have not been disappointed.

The only thing I find with the Ahmad varieties I've tried is that the black tea is strong and you have to be careful not to let it steep too long. I normally do 4 minutes, but with this one, 3 is the maximum if I don't want a bitter taste.

This is also very nice hot with milk and a little sugar. I use either raw cane or coconut sugar - both are very tasty.

This is the best tea to make iced tea with. Because it is a black tea it makes a good strong brew. On its own, it is a very nice robust fruit flavor. This Ahmad Tea Mango Magic Black Tea came very close--I think TJ's was more aromatic. Ahmad Tea is by far the tastiest, best quality tea at a very reasonable price point. While I can usually find the Earl Grey, Green Tea or English Breakfast varieties at local stores, the Apricot Sunrise is harder to come by. I was happy to find it on Amazon from a very nice seller. The apricot flavor and scent are strong and delicious. It's like brewing fresh apricots. Ideal for iced tea in the summer but also great to enjoy hot. I never thought I'd like fruit flavored tea until I had the Ahmad brand products. This one is my favorite with the peach passion fruit and mango being my other favorites. The flavor is that of a black tea with an aroma of strawberry that isn't overpowering or artificial tasting. This is a superb tea to drink before bed. My dad is very picky when it comes to tea, but drinks a lot of it. He loves flavored teas - but they need to be black teas. He will NOT accept flavored green tea or anything of the sort. So, hard to shop for.

This stuff went over very well. From what he's told me, it's great stuff. So, if it's good enough for him, it's almost certainly good enough for most.

Also, as a value proposition - 6 boxes of 20 for 20$ is a pretty darn good deal. I often buy teas for birthday / father's day / christmas / etc since it's something he likes. I'll be back soon enough for more of this.

I am a fan of Ahmad teas, having tried my first when I was in a tea subscription club that sends samples of various ones from around the world. Ahmad teas are nice quality and I have enjoyed all the flavors. This one however is perfect for the warm summer months. I make a large pitcher as iced tea and add a little Stevia, for a refreshing cool drink. The others I love are "peach & passion fruit" and "Roobios with Cinnamon".

I get this wonderful tea via Amazon's subscribe and save program. A case of 6 boxes is scheduled to ship every 6 months but I often run out before then and have it shipped ahead of schedule or make do until the next shipment arrives. I never get tired of this tea. It has just a enough fruity flavor to give a hint of sweetness without any sugar. I love it. It's my very fav. I travel with it tucked into a pocket of my suitcase so I can have it when I'm visiting and I carry it in my purse so I can get a fix at a restaurant- when order tea at a restaurant you can ask for more hot water most restaurants won't bring a new tea bag so I pull one out to get a good second cup.

Hard to find in local grocers so I order on line. I found it to be more economical to order online than the place where I first bought it and had a hard time to find the variety when I needed with consistency. I will probably continue ordering from Amazon.

It is a great tea, if you like flavored teas. The flavors are neither intense nor faint but just about right. people who try it in my house all seem to give the same feedback.

I've been drinking Ahmad of London's Apricot Sunrise Black Tea for about 6 years. Great for hot or iced-tea. The apricot taste is wonderful and not too sweet. I always buy at least 6 or 12 boxes at a time. Don't want to be without tea in my home!

This raspberry tea from Ahmad's of England, makes an acceptable cup of tea. However, the flavoring was a bit weak for my taste. A couple of reviewers referenced the raspberry flavor as strong and/or tart, whilst I found it to be neither. I would call this a medium-bodied black tea, with a rather light, red raspberry flavor. Fortunately, I found that a bit of sugar really helped to enhance the flavor. No adverse aftertastes were detected. It's four o'clock somewhere...tea time, anyone?

Consistent high quality and freshness. An excellent and tangy taste that one does not easily get tired of. We've had three or four cups per day for months while staying home because of the Covid-19 pandemic.
