Does this have caffeine?

Answer: I don’t think it contains caffeine. However, I personally wouldn’t waste my $ on this tea. I didn’t see any positive results.

Does this tea help with weight loss?

Answer: I did not use the tea long. The taste was not tolerable for me. It did not cause weight loss for me. In fact, I had noticed no changes in my blood sugar readings either.

Answer: I found that it helped with bloating, but not really weight loss. It helps control your blood sugar from rising too quickly/dropping too quickly. If you're diabetic and on meds, it may drop your sugar too low. Talk to your doc.

Answer: I wouldn’t waste your money I ended up getting this tea and never really used it. I can’t say whether it helps you with losing weight or not.

Answer: No, it is not sweet tea. It's an herbal tea. Unfortunately, it did nothing to lower glucose readings. Making a tea from fenugreek seeds was sooooo much more effective.

Does this have caffeine? People complain about heart racing. Why?

Answer: It's just small natural amount from green tea, less than normal green tea tea bags, lab test just 3-5 mg/ bags. Only over 400mg/day may cause heart racing. I think maybe they take coffee instead of herb tea. Thank you so much.

Answer: I also have rapid heartbeat from anything containing caffeine. So I stopped drinking this tea. But the box did not list caffeine as an ingredient. However, I do know that some herbs will cause a racing heartbeat. Even decaf coffee affects me, so I suggest that you Google the herbs that are listed in the tea. I hope that this helps.

My wife can control her sugar when it gets a little bit high and this product will reduce her sugar by up to 50 points when it gets too high. You can use this product with confidence as it really does control your sugar when needed. I am sure just the use of this product without any other support may be dangerous in the event you are a full-blown diabetic and need to control your sugar. My wife is a pre-diabetic so this product, in that case, is really very good!

The tea bags are really cheap and the first 2 I opened had a hole and all the tea particles seeped out into the tea making it undrinkable. The flavor and smell is also really weird.

Very dissatisfied! This tea drives my sugar up not down. My guess is, the unneeded caffeine they chose to put in it stimulated my adrenals therefore causing my blood sugar to go up! I’m going to stick with a brand called Herbally Because it worked ! Oh well I guess you get what you pay for.

Tea tastes good overall, however, the tea bags are extremely cheap. The string pulls off consistently and the bag falls apart when you squeeze it after brewing time. Tea bag packaging envelopes are hard to open as well.
