Does it have caffeine in it?

Answer: from mfg - The tea's main ingredient is mulberry, but green tea is listed second to the last ingredient. There is a minimum amount of green tea for flavoring therefore the tea cannot be considered caffeine free, but it only contains a pinch. The amount cannot be revealed due to the formula being proprietary. It is very different than taking a cup of 100% green tea. Green tea contains naturally derived caffeine. (so no idea how much)

I don't especially like the taste of color of this tea. I prefere the loose leaf tea. A bit of a hassle on the go and at work but worth the extra work.

When i first tried this i was very skeptical about it actually doing any good for my high sugar levels. In one week i went from 200 to 120 to then 80 at times! I have also tried out of curiosity bitter gourd tea aka bitter melon tea and i must say it is gross tasting in comparison to this Sugar Control Tea and it didn't really help my sugar levels so therefore i went back to this wonderful product!

First of all, I'm 33 years old and diabetic since I was 13 years old. It runs in my family both sides of my parents and have been taking medication since I was 20 years old. In February of this year, my friend gave me 2 bags to try it out. So I did. Checked my blood sugar before and after...I was SHOCKED! This herb tea really works! I have stopped taking Glucovance(metformin/glyburide) ever since and just been drinking this tea every after meal. I check my blood sugar every day and it really works!

I'm super amazed with this product. I made my own research about mulberry leaf, which is the main ingredient of this tea and is currently being used in China and Japan. I told my co-worker about it, and he was surprised too! I'd rather drink this herbal tea rather than take medications for the rest of my life. Those medication, in a long-run will eventually harm your liver and your kidneys. I would definitely recommend this product. Order them online because it's cheaper than your local oriental store.

I have been struggling to stay below 140. I drink this all day while I am at work . 1 bag after coffee and refill with the same bag for a second cup. After lunch, 1 bag and refill the cup again with the same bag. The results have been dramatic. Without drinking this, I stay around 120-160. Drinking this during the day, I stay around 92-99. I feel better and the glucose readings are significantly lower. I immediately have a cup right after lunch. Also, this tea has flattened my spikes. As anybody with the curse of diabetes knows, the spikes are the worst. This tea has helped dramatically to flatten the spikes. GREAT STUFF.

I ordered my first tea here on Amazon! Great product to lowers blood sugar, and cholesterol! I have both high sugar and cholesterol levels all my life! I stop drinking for a year, my levels jump 150+! Now 2014, I have started drinking this tea again. Today's Feb 15,2014, jumped to 150 the highest ever! I drink this tea two days ,again, my levels are back to normal levels, Sugar level is now 150 to 90, lost 15 ponds on this tea. This tea great I give 5 star plus.

The taste does take a little while to get used to, but I add a little splenda and it is quite good. I have definitely noticed that it has helped to reduce my appitite and although I can't say it is the tea that made my A1C levels drop, they did drop. I have lost weight and I will continue to drink this tea daily.
