You know, I have to say that I am pretty lucky that it has taken me a while until I got to review Health King’s head and throat soothing tea – mainly because I haven’t felt the need to! But sleep one night with your mouth open in the dry winter air, and you’re ready to take a sip of anything to soothe your itchy throat and foggy head. This is a great, caffeine free herbal tea that really takes your mind off of whatever ails your throat. It is a cooling blend of Dandelion, Honeysuckle, Angelica Dahurica, Peppermint, Loquat, Perilla, Licorice, and Siraitia Grosvenorii (monkfruit). The blend is soothing and relaxing, and the tea is vibrant and multidimensional for feeling at least a little more relaxed during whatever is ailing you. I look forward to having a bunch more when I am actually ill (although I am not looking forward to being ill), and I would say this is simply a great tea with an earthy and calming flavor.

Caffeine free. Individually wrapped. Nice flavor. I love these things. I love when tea is individually wrapped as I personally feel it lasts longer in freshness.

This is good for allergies / sinus issues. I have not tried while sick yet (and hope I don’t have to any time soon) but it definitely helps with other issues with nose and throat roughness.

Exactly as advertised. Great to have around the house for when you start to feel cruddy.

My grandmother used to make dandlelion tea from the roots of the plant and that is one of the reasons that I wanted to try. there are other ingriedients in the herbal tea blend like Japanese Honeysuckle. peppermint leaves and loquat leaves to give this blend an interesting flavor. I found that thi sinus pain had lessened after I had drank tea/

This is a great tea blend. There are various herbs and plants in it that aren't usually found in Western teas. This is more of an Eastern remedy type tea to help with breathing. They claim that it's a centuries old recipe/tradition. I haven't tried it cold but it's good hot. Especially since the weather keeps getting cooler. I really like that there are twenty tea bags, a good flavor with or without honey/lemon and would recommend it! :)

The package says it’s a cough suppressant tea. However, I don’t have cough so I cannot really tell its effect on Throat and congestion. However, it helped my sinus pain a lot. I had some facial pain and heaviness around my eyes. This herbal tea soothed my sinuses and I was able to feel less pressure around my eyes. The flavor is mild yet very soothing. I enjoyed it hot!
