Monin Gourmet Flavorings was founded in Bourges, France, in 1912 and remains a 3rd generation family-owned and operated business today. Each product is made with a total commitment to quality and providing flavor solutions. Our U.S. Headquarters and Flavor Innovation Center are based out of Clearwater, Florida.
