2 steps to a great cup:Be sure to start with fresh cold water and bring to a rolling boil.Pour over tea bag, steep for 4 minutes (or whatever time you like), remove bag (but no squeezing please!)For iced tea by the glass: steep a little longer. I don't know why this item has the word orange in it because there is no orange taste at all, only spice. And on top of this, which is my fault because I need to start reading better, I accidentally ordered a pack of 6. Yup that's right. So I have tons of tea begs that I am probably going to end up throwing away because for 1 false advertisement there is no orange flavor at all and 2 I didn't read correctly I thought I was only buying 1 box instead it was 6 boxes, my fault next time I'll read more careful.

I have at least 300 Bigelow herbal tea bags in my pantry..I love all the different types. Recently I received 6 boxes of their Orange Spice Tea and eagerly opened the box containing 6 boxes of 20 tea bags each, expecting that delicious aroma all their tea bags have. Not a hint of any orange spice as I opened the box. I fixed a cup with one teabag and was so disappointed that there was also no taste to speak of. It has to be very old - merchandise setting around in a warehouse for a long time or some such. Never had this experience with Bigelow before. Boxes of Chamomile and Mint Medley arrived bursting with delicious aroma and taste. Pat in Magna, Utah
