I am absolutely in love with this tea! I have been drinking it since I was in college - back then it was a local Seattle brand, but I was THRILLED when I started to find it in New England supermarkets. Now I order it in bulk online.

How I prepare it: Add 1 bag to 12 oz water stopped just short of a rolling boil, steep 2 min 30 sec. Serve with or without sugar. For "cheap" bagged tea, this one is really as good as it gets.

The company seems to have changed not only their packaging, but the flavor of the oolong tea as well. I liked the old flavor better. I'll continue to buy this oolong until I find a brand with flavor I like better. It does still work well as pick-me-up alternative to coffee.

Even my non hot tea drinking husband liked it. It doesn't need much or even any sweetener added. I only

I've been drinking this tea for years and loved it. Rich and mellow. But no longer. The tea in the new black packaging has a different flavor and is very, very weak. It doesn't brew to the same rich color or smooth taste. Very disappointing. I'm looking for a new brand.

Oolong tea was hard for me to find at my local grocery store. Having enjoyed Choice teas before, the decision to purchase their Oolong was an easy one. Once the package arrived, I received the 6 boxes of 16 bags each and immediately enjoyed my first cup. The tea has the authentic Oolong tea one would expect, and the fact it is organic is an added bonus.

I've been an avid tea drinker since I was a kid, so I can say I'm a little picky. Dr. Oz recommended organic oolong to perk up metabolism (I think), so I thought I'd try this one. It is a great price and the quality of tea is excellent. I can't imagine what happened to the other reviewer's order so that it was all powdery, etc.

The original box says "earthiness with hints of smoke" which I've liked for over ten years. The new black box says "floral and aromatic" and I find this tea to be watery with an unpleasant taste. If they wanted to create a second product or blend of oolong tea, then fine, but why spring this change on those of us who are expecting the original blend? This is like a Coke drinker opening a bottle of Coca-Cola and finding diet Pepsi.

I was very disappointed with this purchase. The box design has changed and husband said tastes more like green tea than oolong. I don't know if there was a mistake at the factory or a reformulation. Buyer beware.
