It's great if you have digestion issues. Not as binding as senna tea but rather easier on the stomach.

I did not know what this tea tasted like. I bought it for holistic reasons. YUM!!!! I love it! It reminds me of the candy Black Jacks. I have made it with 1 cup of water to a tea bag and two cups of water to a tea big. Great both ways. The image I included shows the Fennel tea in the bottle half full. I will buy more for sure.
