Directions

Pour 12 oz. boiling water over tea bag and let steep for 2 minutes. Do not over steep! Press tea bag gently and remove. Drink one 6 oz. cup after your evening meal, saving the rest for the following day. (May be enjoyed hot or cold.) Three or four days later you may increase the strength and flavor of your tea - if you wish - by brewing with 6 fl oz of water. It is important not to have more than one cup in a 24 hour period. Do not take more than 10 days unless directed by a doctor. Not for children under 12.

One of my friends recommended this tea to me to shed some weight (I'm not big 122 lbs) but we all want to maintain a certain weight. It worked the first 2 nights.. but after that.. nothing. My mom tried it as well and she couldnt stop throwing up.. it totally didnt work for her. And yes I did use it as recommended on the box.. but I guess it all depends on your body.. not everyones the same. Don't recommend it at all.. maybe try the 3 ballerina tea.. heard it works better.
