Directions

Brewing directions: Pour 1 cup of boiling water over a tea bag. Let steep 10-15 minutes or longer. Squeeze tea bag gently into the cup. Leave in cup as drinking.For stronger flavor and effect, steep longer, or use 2 tea bags. A tea bag can be re-used to extract more herbal benefits.For a delicious change, try it with lemon and honey, or your favorite sweetener.Suggested use: 1-3 cups daily for 1-12 weeks, then 1-2 cups daily, or periodically as a tonic, as needed*. Does this tea still contain bupleurum? I do not see it in the ingredients on the box.

Why is it called sugar balance, and you recommend to add milk and sugar?

Answer: This is a product for diabetics to help to keep their sugar balanced. Adding milk and sugar would defeat the purpose of this product

Answer: I know it says it’s formulated for woman, but I don’t see why he couldn’t use it. If he has concerns about it, another tea he could try is Bravo Tea, Sugar level. I have had pretty good luck with it also

Answer: Yes most definitely. I like the tea be cause it does balance your sugar level. I make a pitcher full using several teabags. I then add a little honey for taste and add the juice from a fresh squeezed lemon. I refrigerate it and drink it cold as ice tea

It has fo-ti, which is supposed to reduce grey hair and stop hair loss. Have you noticed any changes in your hair health?

Answer: Sorry, but I can't speak on the grey hair issue. You would have to ask someone with grey hair who used the Sugar Balance Tea. I also can't speak on whether or not it stops hair loss as I inherited a head full of healthy long hair from my mom and have never dealt with hair loss.

I make it by the pitcher. The tea has a nice taste to it. I add a little honey and a fresh squeezed lemon to it. It helps to reduce the sugar in your body. It's especially good for those that are diabetics

This tea does take some getting used to, but now I can't be without it. I certainly see the difference in my glucose levels when I forget to take it. I've used it for close to a year and now have it on auto-ship.

What I like most about this tea is that I can drink it at two o'clock in the afternoon, and completely skip the three pm blood sugar drop. This tea has also reduced symptoms of menopause for me, and PMS as well.

I am truly amazed!!!! A friend of mine told me about this tea. Yesterday I was feeling like crap and my tummy was also bloated and I couldn't button my jeans. My tummy is so bloated I actually look pregnant when I get my period.

I drank 2 cups of the tea with 2 tea bags. My period came on today and I woke up this morning with no cramps and a flat tummy. When I get my period I am bedridden the first day with a heating pad on my tummy. I usually have such terrible cramps for the first day and sometimes the 2nd day that make me cry from the pain. My day consists of diarrhea, nausea, and throwing up. I also have a bloated tummy, swollen legs, and ankles during my period. I didn't even know my ankles and legs were even swollen until the doctor told me and tried to give me a prescription for water pills.

All of my adult life, I have had to miss 1 day out of every month from work because of my period and miss out on being able to attend a lot of other events. Thanks to my friend and Triple Leaf Sugar Balance Tea, I will be able to go out the house today and to an event tonight that I thought I would have to miss because of my period.

Everything is good with this tea. However, it is too (not sure of the right word) -- maybe strong woodsy smell without adding a flavoring to make it enjoyable to drink. I might be missing the point on this particular variety but I loved the other triple leaf I've drank.

This tea is disgusting!!! Very difficult to drink for a new type 2 diabetic. There was a more pleasant tasting version for diabetics (taste of cinnamon) but I don't see it on Amazon anymore???

I have been using this tea since 2011 because of night sweat. Before using the tea I woke up very tired and had so low energy. I drink just about two weeks before my period- two cups a day, before bed and morning. . With this tea, I still have night sweat but not tired as before. The disadvantage of this tea on me is some pain on my front teeth, especially if I drink before bed and do not brush my teeth after drinking.

I am going to continue to drink this tea until my night sweat or period gone forever.

I use sugar balance and sugar level whatever is available at the time. I make a pitcher combined with sugar balance or sugar level and gymnemat tea And tea for inflammation. And liver detox. Also rose hips tea .together it makes a great tea. I can not tell you what one of them tastes like as i use about 8 different teas together. But then again a tea tastes like a tea .it is wonderful cold ..i take a nice big glass with my meds at night .opps almost forgot also used herbley wellness tea one tea bag of that too .so about 8 different kinds daily to make a pitcher . and my blood A1C went from 9.3 to 6.8. In 2 months . so tastes good and works good .

Finally got to try this tea. I could not find it locally in my area so I ordered it from Amazon. The reviewers who say it tastes like celery are right; it does have a celery-like taste to it but I think it's delicious. I'm getting into the whole perimenopause stage and figured this would help out with that. I will update the review after using it for a while but for now, I drink a cup every other day and think the taste is really good.

The first time I tried the tea I wasn't sure the herb I was tasting in it. It was a foreign flavor to me. I wasn't sure I liked it or not but by the end of the box I had seen the results of lower blood sugars and I was enjoying the taste so I bought another box. Now I have bought a case, 6 boxes.
