TeaLady : Infusion? I want to brew my tea, not soak some infused flavor out of a tea bag!

This tea tastes great. I only gave it 3 stars because it is an infusion tea bag. Which means to me some sort of processing, other than gathering, sorting, drying, cutting and packaging the leaves in small bags. I don't know what they do to 'infuse' flavor into the bag. I am not comfortable with the idea and that it is written in small letters on the box with no explanation of the process.

I ordered rosehips and hibiscus flower tea and received only rosehips tea. Wanted to return product but it stated that it can't be returned. Company needs to change picture.
