First time I tried this tea in my office I was amazed how good it was. All the richness and punch ware exactly where I'd expect them to be.
I soon decided to order it from "Eastern Health Store" and share that excitement with my family.
Unfortunately the ordered box, even though looks like a genuine one, tastes like bleach. It has all the spice and flavour in it, but it is spoiled by the strong acidic taste. I was literally unable to drink it.
I thought perhaps my home water or kettle has something to do it with so I prepared one cup at home using the sachet from my office. This only assured me that there is either a problem with a specific batch of this tea or the supplier.

I actually love the tea but can only give it 3 stars because I was not sent the tea in the description. The picture and description states this is caffeine free herbal tea. I was sent the non-herbal black tea version with caffeine. I'll use it but I wanted the herbal tea for later in the day.
