Not what I thought I was ordering and now I am stuck with 12 packages of "Honey Ginger Drink" that cannot be returned. What I wanted was PLAIN Ginger Drink for Christmas presents.

Drink this every day for 2 months now...amazing how it has helped my gastro issues. I've cut my stomach meds (OTC) down to a minimal amount only every once in a while (like maybe 1x a week versus 3-5x a day!). Sugar count might be high for some but for me, the benefits of the whole drink far outweigh that. Plus, I don't eat much sugar at all.

After a trip to Bali we ordered this ginger drink, in hopes that it would taste like the drink we had on the island. IT DOES NOT. It smells and tastes like really floral and strong perfume. I had a headache before I even made it through 1/2 of my first (and last) cup. Totally disappointed, I immediately went on line to return and it says it is NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN. Although it sent me to a return policy page - I could not determine why it was not eligible. Super disappointing.

This is an instant ginger drink in granular form. It is delicious hot or cold, and the the little sachets make it convenient to carry anywhere. I think it would be good sprinkled on hot buttered toast,or as a last minute garnish on a frosted cake. Its a wonderful comfort for someone with a cold or flu, or an upset tummy. A real find!!!!!!!!

I drink it cold in water or soda water. A bit more expensive than other things I mix in but have used it for years. Told by the doctor that it is a mild blood thinner so needs to be considered if on special meds, though ginger ale can have the same issue.

Tarot Chick : A bit too sugary

I got this Gold Kili ginger drink about a week ago and...

It's not bad. It's not great, but it's not bad. When I actually got the package and read the label I found that it had much more sugar than another brand of a similar type of ginger drink I've purchased in the past, which meant more than twice the calories (78 calories as opposed to 35).

I also think the drink is too sweet, but that's more a matter of personal taste. I like my ginger drinks to be so gingery they'll alter your state of consiousness.
