Answer: Yes, and it's delicious! I put 2 bags into a 24oz thermos the night before and have delicious cold tea the next day. It doesn't need sweetening. Love this!

Answer: I only started using it before my last cycle and while I didn't notice much difference I did not get a hormonal breakout like usual. Give it a try!

Answer: Licorice the herb, not licorice the candy. Red licorice is not real licorice. Most American black licorice doesn't contain licorice either for that matter.

Is this ginger tea organic? It doesn’t say. On the single box it says organic but on the one where it says 2 boxes for $8.99 it doesn’say it’s organic

Anyone prefer this over mother's milk tea?

Answer: As a breastfeeding mother, I prefer the Yogi Nursing Support tea over the Mother's Milk. The Mother's Milk has more of a licorice taste.

Answer: I've never had mothers tea. If it has fenugreek in it, could lower or deplete your supply and it made my daughter have upset tummy. This tea is pretty good imo.

Answer: I prefer the taste of Yogi over mother's milk. Mothers milk also gave me bad smelling burps. I honestly don't think either helpped with milk production. I do recommend Yogi roasted dandelion root tea. That helped alot with postpartum swelling/adema.

Answer: Yes. I feel like I go to the restroom a lot when I drink this so it does cut down on bloating but the pain relief is the best part of this tea.

What does the nursing tea taste like

Answer: It’s highly aromatic according to me. Lavander taste is so strong.besides I like spicy and aromatic taste, this product is much more strong for me as a tea

Answer: Tastes almost like a light licorice taste which I think is due to the Anise seed. I add a bit of honey and came to really enjoy it.

Answer: I honestly like it, it has a slight maple taste almost like licorice but not too bad. A lot of people were saying it is too strong so at first I added coffee creamer but eventually I drank it by itself and I liked it. Hope that helps.

Answer: I don't know of any large pouches for pitchers. I'm thinking 8 cups/quart might take 6-8 teabags. Of course, it depends how long you steep it. I just love the flavor!

I have been taking chaste tree for a while now. I tried out this tea around the time I was having PMS. I usually have a week to 10 days of PMS before starting, and this started my cycle the next day. I drank 1-2 cups a day throughout. I can't say it helped during the most intense part of my cycle, but I love the flavor and am willing to try it again. It was quite soothing having a couple cups of tea each day. I will be ordering more!

I’ve been buying and loving this tea for a while now. I would drink up to 3 cups a day. Smelling the bag was like smelling a piece of candied ginger. And the flavor was a nice ginger taste, with a slightly sweet aftertaste.
But they must have recently changed the recipe. Now, as some of the more recent reviews have pointed out, it tastes more like a black pepper tea. Even the tea bag smells vaguely of old socks.
It’s a shame, because I really used to love this tea. I’m not sure I’ll be buying it again.

I'm a huge fan of Yogi Teas. I have several of them. While this isn't one of my top favorites, it's still a good green tea with a bit of a sweet aftertaste. I was surprised by the sweetness in the tea when I first tried it but since then have gotten used it. It's decaf and good for your immune system.

I found this tea very helpful when I have my cycle. I started taking it 2 days before it began then finished the box throughout the duration and it helped manage the flow and the cramping. I still had to use Ibuprofen but it was not as painful and heavy as it usually is. I would recommend if you suffer from PCOS. It's not a cure but its a big help.

I love ginger tea, so I've been going through all the different brands I can buy, and I can honestly say that I was most disappointed with this one. Yogi Tea has always been great for me in their other flavors, but this one feels like it should be marketed as Black Pepper Tea with a hint of Ginger. For anyone out there looking for a real ginger tea, look elsewhere. And if you find any great ginger tea with true, strong ginger flavor, please do let me know because I'm still looking for a good one. Giving it 2/5 stars instead of 1/5 because I do like some of Yogi Tea's other flavors, but this one really does deserve a 1/5.
