J. Donald : 2 nighty night teas. One with valerian and one without.

This tea without valerian is very pleasant tea with a hint of mint. I sweeten with honey and enjoy. Whether its a placebo effect or not, I do enjoy a better night 'staying asleep' when I drink this tea. I plan to continue to order this and drink it as long as I feel the benefits.
