Answer: I love this tea, but I believe it may have caffeine in it. It's really hard to find out what it's made of.

Answer: I agree, the labeling is confusing and contradictory: "Tisanes Herbal Tea Drink” would imply something other than traditional tea leaves. Tisane by definition is a plant-derived drink other than true tea. Yet the only ingredients in the teabags according to the distributor's website are FD&C yellow no. 6 and native grown black tea from the Chiang Mai area in northern Thailand. Not herbal, not a tisane, just as much caffeine as regular tea.

I had my first Thai Tea with coconut milk in Hawaii recently. The taste is fab. However FD&C Yellow No. 6 food coloring this tea uses is suspected of causing a number of forms of cancer. The sellers of this product on amazon and ebay don't really know about this risk and did not seem to express much intere$t in knowing. Please look for other varieties which do not use food coloring but I don't think such a thing exists [yet]

Tasted like water. I tried brewing with the smallest cup my kuereg would make and this tea still tasted like water. Such a disappointment. I let it brew for and hour thinking it needed more time. That did not make a difference.

Good tea. I think the people putting the low reviews are clearly not reading the instructions. And brewing just the tea bag.

You are supposed to brew for 5 minues. Then add two teaspoons of sugar and half and half to taste.
