Answer: I use Tulsi Sleep for daily stress relief and feel strongly that it a big part of deep / sound sleep for me,,, if brewed properly. I find that it helps to soak the tea bags for 20 min prior to heating the water to boiling and placing the bags in for a 15 minute or greater time. Squeeze out all the tea contained in the bags to get all of the 'goodness'.

I am talking about stevia liquid or powder added to coffee or tea.

Answer: Depends on what you mean by "mood". It is naturally non-caffeinated, and sitting down to a nice cup of tea is a good relaxing habit to develop. One thing to remember is this: all teas are beneficial in one way or another. However, as soon as you put sugar in it, it's just sugar-water. Learn to drink sugar-free, which was hard for me at first but easy now.

Answer: Yes, but not in some grand robust way. Kind of quiet and enjoyable notice down the line that things have smoothed out. Like most teas do when enjoyed during quiet time. It's really you cooling out unless specific herbs are included to enhance that. This is nice, mellow, herbal and healthy. I don't add sugar or honey, which might keep you hyped up if you are trying to calm. So that is something to think about. Just enjoy it as it is, brewed in the correct amount of water, (mugs are so big now. Use two if you go that route). Sit and enjoy.

I have been drinking this tea (cold) for last several years. There is just enough hint of raspberry/peach taste to make the tea delicious and sweet. I boil 2 quarts of water and steep 4 tea bags for 10 minutes. Once the tea cools, you can always add more cold water to make the strength where you like it. I like the fact that this tea is made with holy basil which is good for you.

I have been drinking this tea (cold) for last several years. There is just enough hint of raspberry/peach taste to make the tea delicious and sweet. I boil 2 quarts of water and steep 4 tea bags for 10 minutes. Once the tea cools, you can always add more cold water to make the strength where you like it. I like the fact that this tea is made with holy basil which is good for you.

We love this sweet, relaxing rose tea. Our local grocery store charges way too much for one box so we're super pleased to have found this option. All the tea boxes arrived beat up - must have gotten loose in the bigger shipping box. They look bad but it didn't effect the tea so no worries. :)

I love Tulsi tea, but I would never buy it again especially in this multi pack. My first pack was fine but the remaining packages had tea bags that were virtually empty. The tea was in the bag envelope. Was given no way to return. The remaining packages yielded not even one full pack. What a waste.

For many years I was drinking Costco's Japanese Green tea. And even though the medicinal qualities are evident in most chinese/japanese green teas (especially the soothing after taste), I wouldn't describe your typical green tea as a flavorful experience. Enter Tulsi! Add a small amount of honey and kick back with your feet up on a cold winter day. This tea is what you always expected green tea to taste like: complex, aromatic, very flavorful....extremely satisfying.

I've bought this brand of Tulsi tea in the past without any issue...and several other brands as well. I just assumed they all had the same mellow tea flavor. Not this version. Wow, super bitter to the point of almost being undrinkable. I drink Tulsi for health reasons anyway but this is pretty hard to choke down. Not sure what the difference is but I'm not a fan.

I have been taking this tea and the holy basil morning caffeine tea for about a year and I absolutely love it! I have always had problems with sleeping and had to take Ambien for a long time. I am one of those people who goes ot sleep and tosses and turns all night and wakes up 20 times on average a night. When I drink this, I maybe roll over a few times (I have back issues) but for the most part I sleep so good! When I don't drink the tea I sleep horribly so I know it has to do with the amazing properties this tea contains.

I have been drinking Sweet Rose Tulsi tea for years. It is so comforting, delicious, wonderful. I have made it both hot and iced and it is all good. No caffeine, which I love. Very soothing, very comforting. The flavor is unbelievable. It truly tastes like the perfume of roses.
