Does this work/mix well with sparkling waters such as Perrier or San Pelligrino?

Answer: Yes, it makes excellent Italian sodas. That's what I use it for.

How long is it good for unopened?

Answer: It does not have an expiration or best if used by or keep refrigerated. I think this can last a very long time even opened sitting on your counter or in pantry. The ingredients are pure cane sugar, water, vanilla extract,or other natural favors, benozoate and potassium sorb ate to preserve freshness and citrate acid.

Answer: They used this in a coffee shop locally and she had it for a few months at least and it was still good.

Answer: 2 years in the plastic bottles and sugar free bottles, 3 years in the glass bottles.

Answer: I never kept one around for more than a month!!

Can you use this in baking. Mainly a cake?

Answer: It is a thick syrup. I suppose it COULD be used in baking. But do not expect it to taste like or replace vanilla extract. The flavor is not very strong plus it adds extra sweetness, so if you do use it, be careful. I think it would be fine in something like French toast but a cake, I'm not so sure. That being said, I wouldn't use it in a cake!

does this taste good With just water? Trying to find better ways to drink water

Answer: I use about a teaspoon in 8/10 oz. of water and it gives just enough flavor but not too sweet. My granddaughter calls is her "raspberry water" and requests it every time she is here!

Answer: Yes it does, very good in fact. It can be used to make snocones, which would be water and syrup. Be aware it is full of sugar.

Answer: Yes, absolutely! This is just like a sweet raspberry syrup that you would squirt on pancakes, but I like it in my hot tea and coffee! It is really delicious! The hazelnut syrup is awesome as well!

Answer: Big time. But I like sweet stuff. Good in sparkling water, over ice cream, etc. Or a smoothie. If you like sweet stuff, have to use a lot of it to get the balance you like. But it is sweet. And, I think, too expensive. Couldn't find it at our local package/liquor stores, so ordered it online.

Answer: If you look on the Torani site there is a Signature Raspberry with no artificial ingredients. (Look under nutritional information)

Answer: More sugary than tart. Too much will make your drink taste like cough syrup.

Answer: You don't need much because the syrup is sweet. However, the raspberry flavor is so superb it enhances flavors immensely if the right portion is used.

Answer: I think it would work fine with white chocolate cocoa, but I do think it will turn it pink.

Answer: It has the potential to work. It doesn’t take much at all to change the color of an entire cup of iced tea or lemonade.

What are the dimensions of the bottles (particularly the base)? I'm going t create a shelf with a lip on the front to store and display these nicely.

Does this have raspberry seeds or pulp?

Answer: The raspberry syrup is delicious, and one of our office favorites. It has no seeds and no pulp. It is a smooth syrup. I would highly recommend it for coffee or tea (a lot of our staff love it in hot or iced tea).

Answer: Never used the raspberry. I will say the peach & cherry are very good in tea and sodas. I like raspberry tea but have not gave it a shot yet.

It's raspberry and it is yummy but it tastes nothing like the raspberry from starbucks. It does not taste good in coffe either. Just an off taste with the coffee. Would not reccomend for coffee or if you are looking for a SBUX dupe. But if you want to try something new go ahead. It isn't bad!

Torani has great syrups. No HFCS so healthier than cheaper options which thusly are not an option. The flavor is right on just use it sparingly it is quite powerful. I use it in baking and drinks (add Club Soda or San Pellegrino) and in a wicked Raspberry Mocha.

I love this raspberry syrup. I use it in my ice tea and it gives the tea a wonderful raspberry flavor and since it is sweet I do not have to already sweeten the tea befor adding the syrup. You can add as much as you like of the syrup but I usually do not add but about a teaspoon

I tried Monin and Torani raspberry syrup, and I was expecting the Italian syrup to be better, but I was sadly disappointed. The Monin tastes like raspberry and has very little coloring, giving just a light pink color when mixed with carbonated water. The Torani by contrast is VERY red in color, and has a taste somewhere between raspberry and cherry, that I don't like nearly as much. Compare for yourself!

From my experience Torani produces some of the best fruit and flavored syrups around. Thy did it again here. While very sweet, this actually tastes like fresh raspberries. I have used it to make a very nice Clover Club Cocktail and to flavor other drinks. My daughters used it to put together chocolate raspberry milk shakes. I am not usually overly fond of milk shakes, but these were very good.
