Currently studying for my USMLE step 2 exam, this tea is great calming you and taking away the days stress. I drink it right before bed, It knocks you out. Which is something I need after a hard day of studying. You wake up refresh and it takes away the mental drain. Would definitely recommend for anyone studying and wanting to take the edge off.
