Is this tea 100% organic or even100% Indian?

Answer: Yes this is a 100% organic product!

Answer: It is "Fair Trade Certified" and "Certified Organic." I love it but then I brew it with organic loose leaf chai... Makes for a great morning drink.

Is this returnable?

Could you tell me how many mg of caffeine it has if you make an 8 oz cup? I have to be super careful about caffeine due to a heart condition.

Answer: Choice Organic Teas website says that black tea has 60-90 mg. per cup depending on brewing time and amount of tea leaves. I believe that 1 teaspoon of loose tea leaves steeped 3 minutes will produce 60-70 mg. There is more control with loose tea leaves. And smaller amounts of water produce a more concentrated brew with the same caffeine level. That is how you can have your nice, strong tea, just less of it.

Answer: I could not find the exact amount of caffeine in an 8oz cup of this tea, but, I too am caffeine sensitive and have one 16oz cup of this tea brewed with exactly 1 tblsp. of the dry tea with a light breakfast every day. The flavor and robustness is pleasant, but not strong and does not give me a buzz like some of the stronger teas that I've used. I use honey and milk with it. Hope this helps.

Answer: I don't know. You should inquire directly with Frontier. But I will say this is a pretty robust tea with a higher caffeine level. Maybe better staying with something like green tea in your case - has about half the caffeine of black tea and has heart health benefits too I believe

Answer: Yes, this is a wonderful quality tea. I use it mostly to make my kombucha brew but I love the taste and quality for iced tea too. Frontier products are the very best. look at ALL their selections of products.

This is a great black tea, i like to make mine with milk and sugar. Better than other teas I have tried in recent years and a great price. Keep in mind that this is loose tea, though I have I have not traditionally used loose tea, I have grown fond of it.

This is an excellent loose leaf breakfast tea, especially when you consider the price. The tea is cut leaf, uniform size, good color and clean with very little dust or fannings.

I usually drink Bewley's Irish Breakfast tea in bags. (The Irish really know about blending teas and although tea snobs say that you can't get a good tea in bags, that's just not so if you know where to shop.) But sometimes, I prefer a loose breakfast tea and this one is an excellent value.

If you like strong tea, British style, you have to pay attention to the brewing. First, heat the pot or mug. Then, I use a heaping teaspoon of Frontier EBT with 8 oz boiling water and let brew for 4 minutes. Strain into a second mug, add about 1 oz of whole milk and presto, you have a perfect cup of English tea. Strong tea flavor, good mouth feel and astringency, but without too much bitterness. The Frontier people don't say what teas are used to make this blend. But I suspect it contains Assam, Ceylon and maybe some Yunan. It has a unique flavor that is not common for English breakfast teas.
