Directions

Brewing: To savor the full flavor of our teas, bring fresh water to a rolling boil. Pour hot water directly over the tea bag in a pre-heated pot or cup. Brew 3-5 minutes or to desired taste. One tea bag makes 8 ounces of hot tea. For iced tea, brew double strength.

Is açaí tea similar to yumberry tea that you no longer carry?

Answer: Thanks for your question! While Yumberry and açaí have different flavor profiles, they both have a smooth, tropical fruit flavor. So if you enjoyed yumberry you will likely enjoy açaí!

How many grams of tea is in each bag? I want to compare prices with loose leaf tea (from other companies).

Answer: I use chocolate and vanilla decaf. The bag itself with tea weighs 3 grams. It has been some time since I tasted the Acai berry. In general I find this company to have good tasting teas, not requiring extra bags for added flavor. I am English and fussy about the strength of my teas. I love teas from this company, especially vanilla nut and chocolate nut.

Answer: The tea bag doesn't say, but the box of 100 says "NET WT. 6.7oz. (190g)"

Answer: Yes and it didn’t taste the same. I may not have made the tea strong enough but the color was not even close to the same pink.

Answer: I just did this very thing with a copycat recipe I found on pinterest. Not even close in flavor or color (not that the color matters).

This is a real good tea that is healthy for you. It is not one of my favorites for taste but that is only my preference. I know a lot of people that love the taste so it is really something you have to try for yourself. I still drink it but will not buy as much as I did this time. This was a good price.

I love this tea and it is a staple in my cabinets. I drink a ton of tea and I love the flavor of Stash Acai Berry. I like to mix this with raspberry or mint or both! I drink 16 oz at a time so I usually use two or three tea bags when I make a two or three cup serving. The Acai Berry just tastes great with everything and is very refreshing in the summer. I drink it year round. I also like the Stash brands flavors and it is a great buy if you buy in bulk. Highly recommend.

The only reason for my low rating of this item is the flavor. I was expecting a light berry flavor, but I would compare the flavor of this tea to the taste of FIG-- and it is a very strong fig flavor & scent. I have always loved Stash brand teas, and the quality and value of their products are exceptional. However, if you are not a big fan of fig, or are looking for a tea that has a berry/acai flavor, I would not recommend this one. Instead, I suggest you try It has much more of the flavor I was expecting when I ordered this. Overall, I always recommend Stash brand teas, but be sure you know what each flavor tastes like before you order the 100-count box, as it cannot be returned.

I purchased this tea originally from Stash directly. I had purchased 10 different herbal teas from them, and this tea along with the Superfruit Blueberry stand out far beyond the rest. This tea has tons of flavor, both slightly bitter yet sweet, very aromatic, and feels like you are actually drinking something with some substance to it rather than weak flavored hot water. I purchased this tea on clearance through Stash and only ordered 10 bags, so I was thrilled when I saw that Amazon had a bulk package for a fantastic price. They did not arrive in individual boxes as my orders through Stash have, however it was 100 (and yes I counted, there were 100) individually wrapped teabags tossed loose in a box, not in a bag or anything. I cut open the box, and the wrapped tea bags spilled out, but that's ok. I put them into my tea box, and put the rest into a gallon ziploc bag to store. A great deal for a fantastic tea! One of my new favorites for herbal teas.

I love the taste of this tea when it is super strong. It has like a liquorice aftertaste...which is really strange for me because I HATE black liquorice. This tea is great, but don't think you will get more than one cup out of a tea bag....even if you make it weaker. I am usually able to squeeze two cups out of other brands. Super super fruity....does not resemble a "tea" at all, but a great sugar-free alternative to juice or pop. (Does not contain sugar substitues.)
