Answer: According to tea labeling, there is no caffeine in this tea. It only contains all kinds of herbs and flowers such as sage, lavender, nettle, skullcap, chrysanthemum, blackberry, etc.

Answer: Definitely not, their website says not to drink while breastfeeding. My supply tanked overnight after the first time I drank a cup. It contains sage, which can decrease milk production. I wish I had known beforehand!!

Answer: I read the whole label and do not see MSG listed.

Why have the prices gone up so much?! I mean, I bought a four pack for $15 less than two months ago...

Does yogi make a no stevia or artificial sweetened tea? i can't stand stevia & with ulcers am told to avoid all artificial sugars too.

Answer: yogi only carries stevia at this time, please buy a brand called traditional medicinals teas it is very good for people with ulcers

Answer: I saw this question and the answer that it did not contain artificial sweeteners or stevia, I checked my box of the same tea and it does contain stevia. It says "organic" stevia. Also some Traditional Medicinals teas also contain stevia

Answer: I just checked 6 of mine and none of them say anything about having any artificial sweeteners. I don't like artificial sweeteners or stevia either and I have been drinking yogi for a long time but mine is not a medical condition just preference. It says it certified organic but I know that doesn't mean much with a lot of products these days

R : A Replacement for Ant-Anxiety Medications

This tea has successfully stifled my scary and very intense physical panic attacks, as well as other symptoms of GAD. I was about to go on anti-anxiety medication for the first time in years and I'm so glad I found this before going through with it. I drink a cup in the morning every other day and it's greatly improved my overall well-being. It does not make me drowsy. This tea has also virtually eliminated the cloudy-headed feeling I've had on and off for years, allowing me to think more clearly and fluidly, which is imperative because I'm in graduate school and hold down a job that requires me to be very detail-oriented and practical. I was beginning to have physical panic attacks on a daily basis and this was truly a lifesaver.

With the relaxation came muscles and I mean huge muscles that all the girls really really dig. I bought this because it contains everlasting flowers, also known as helichrysum. The blend is very tasty and soothing. Not sure how much it actually relaxed me, but it definitely pleased and soothed me. If you are curious, I encourage you to buy snd try it! Yum!

I enjoy this tea because it is really mild tasting and very relaxing during any time of the day or evening. I usually drink it after dinner to relax, but I have used it during a stressful work day. This is a delicious drink that is very effective. It will not make you drowsy, just relaxed. I have used this tea by Yogi for about 10 years. It used to be named Meditation Tea, but they changed the name to Relaxed Mind Tea.

So I am trying all the yogi teas. So far I have had the Bedtime, Kava Stress Relief, Echinacea Immune Support, and this one. I will start out by saying I have liked the taste of all of the teas I have tried so far, but, this one is my least favorite as far as flavor so far. Still drinkable, still enjoyable, but I prefer the others much more.

My opinions: I can only speak for myself, but it does seem to take the edge off anxiety and stress. It has a relatively slight but noticeable relaxing effect on me. I have purchased it repeatedly and will continue to do so. I personally use two bags at a time.

My husband gave me this for Christmas because I love stress relieving teas and this is BY FAR my favorite tea of all!!!! And I've tried many. The flavor and smell are amazing smells just like a great quality tea should smell! The affect I get after drinking it is pretty incredible because I go from a stressed mom/wife to a relaxed calm tranquil mom that you can even hear the peace in my voice! I'm reordering tonight ;)

I liked the tea. It was claming and tasted nice and soothing, but the package was damaged, it came completely squished. It should be sent in a box like most products.
