The Title says this is a 3-pack... but when I went to email the page to a friend it said it was a sampler. What do you get when you order this ?

Answer: I received a single container. I contacted seller and my money was refunded.

Is this gluten free? I know the ingredients only list tea and stevia but was it processed on lines that also processed wheat or soy?

How many servings does this provide...?

Answer: If you had a serving a day (1 level teaspoon per serving) about a month.

Answer: The container says ¼ tsp per cup which makes 180 per at ¼ tsp. It’s well worth the price..

What is the actual difference between this tea and those marked organic? Are the plants sprayed with Roundup type products?

Answer: Certification for organic is time consuming and expensive

Does anyone know where to find wisdom of the ancients yerba mate sweetened in tea bags? i haven't been able to find them in a long time.

Answer: wisdom reformulated their entire brand. the instant is available and the sweetened "yerba mate royal" is back as well. -Darrell

Is this tea okay for keto?

Answer: yes zero carbs.

Will this work mixed with coffee?

Answer: Yes it will.

Answer: It would be like mixing coffee and a bland tea.

How much caffeine in a 1/2 teaspoon of this powder?

Answer: Don't know, but it is less than coffee or green tea.

Does the process you use to make it instant remove caffeine? Most sellers list is as equal caffeine to coffee (loose leaf).

Answer: There is still the naturally occuring caffeine in the product. There is approximately 27 mg caffeine per ser serving.

Answer: Yerba mate has a different type of caffeine. I have read that a lot of people have switched to yerba mate over coffee because it's different. As far as I know it still has caffeine.

Answer: Yerba Mate has falsely been reported to contain a "different" kind of caffeine called "mateine". It does not. It contains czffeine, just like coffee or tea. The false claim was started it seems as a marketing ploy to make people think it was different and safer than coffee for those who are caffeine sensitive. It simply contains less caffeine than the average cup of coffee, having only about 1/3 the caffeine of coffee, that's all.

Answer: I have been using AW Instant Royale for over 10 years. It’s the most important product in my cupboard. It DEFINITELY has caffeine! Contrary to other responses, my experience with this tea is that the amount of caffeine directly relates to tea/water ratio. I don’t know the scientific answer, but this tea does far more for me than coffee and with TBI and fibromyalgia, I require a boost. This is my secret agent!

Why does this have California’s Proposition 65 warning? Is it because of the container?

Answer: I have 2 containers. Neither container had that statement on it. Says non gmo. I would wish it wasn't in a plastic container.

Answer: Slightly sweet, easy on the taste, not organic tasting.

Is 1/4 tsp in 8 oz enough for a full flavored tea...? Others have said they used 1-2 tsp per 8oz, so I wondered... Thx

Answer: In my opinion no, it would taste similar to colored water.

I am really into tea right now, especially Yerba Mate. I wanted something that would be easy and fast to make in case there was not enough time to steep tea etc. I should have known it wouldn't be my favorite because I highly dislike the after taste of Stevia. I've tried every brand imaginable. I even hate toothpastes that have stevia. I was hoping I would not mind the Stevia this time. I think I would enjoy it more if it had no Stevia. I think they have a product without it. If you don't mind Stevia, it will be fine.

Love this tea. Yerba mate is an acquired taste, just like green tea. I used to eat bad and eat a lot of sugar a few years ago. I completely changed my diet and dropped the coffee and artificial creamer. After making myself drink green tea instead of coffee, after a few weeks it started tasting milder and milder. This was the same with Yerba Mate. In the afternoons when I need a pick me up, I make a cup of this tea. In the summer I add ice cubes for a cold tea drink. The Stevia content isn't overbearing just lightly sweetened. One container will last months because you need like 1/8 tsp per serving. I like to mix this with mild green tea for an energizing cocktail without the jitters of coffee. Great tea overall

Love this stuff. Yerba Mate' I find helps reduce my allergic responses to dust and seasonal allergens, and is good on my digestive system. I add a little bit extra Stevia than what is in it. But taste great, love to drinking it cold.

Especially great for something on the go. I have been drinking yerbe mate and yerbe mate royale for many years. So when I found it in an instant form, I was both excited and a little hesitant. But I was pleasantly surprised at how fantastic it is! I only use a tiny little bit to get a hearty flavor. It's fabulous. I, too, am not crazy about Stevia, but it works with this tea. I think it is an excellent substitute for the bagged tea. In fact I like it better.
