Directions

Use one half (1/2) teaspoon in eight ounce cup. Allow to steep one minute. Sweeten to taste. Drink one cup before and with each meal. Can be made into sun tea - one teaspoon per pint.

I received the pre-brewed tea today but a upc sticker was placed right over the suggested use instructions. Instructions please?

Answer: Add 1/2 teaspoon to 8 ounces boiling water and steep for 1-2 minutes. Agitate as desired to make stronger tea.

Answer: Use 1 teaspoon for 20 ounces of boiling water and allow to steep for a full 10 minutes. Allow to cool and drink at room temperature.

Learned about this tea on Chris Beat Cancer (I'm now dealing with cancer), So, it's a part of my daily regime. I don't add lemon or sweetner, and enjoy it plain. Very tasty!!!
